The cost is $198 per person plus the cost of lunch and admissions to the distilleries. Thursday’s tour departs at 8:45am and returns at approx. 5:00pm. Friday’s tour departs at 8:30am and returns at approx. 5:30pm.

Celebrate Derby Week in Kentucky with a full day in Horse Country.  Get up close to past and future derby stars and studs at a world-renowned thoroughbred stallion farm before taking in the rich tradition of Kentucky’s horse racing industry with a walking tour of the breathtaking grounds at Keeneland Racetrack in Lexington. Enjoy a guided tour of the city, highlighting the Falls of the Ohio, Whiskey Row, Cast Iron District, NuLu, Louisville Slugger Museum, Museum Row featuring the Muhammad Ali Center, Victorian Homes in Old Louisville and Waterfront Park.  This three-hour tour experience includes a visit to The Kentucky Derby Museum and tour of Churchill Downs, which is the home of the most famous horse race in America, the Kentucky Derby. **Special event week** these tours sell out quickly!

Heaven & Evan 

Start with a trip to the Heaven Hill Bourbon Heritage Center in Bardstown, Ky for appetizers, cocktails and a bourbon tasting inside a working rickhouse. Master Distiller Denny Potter will lead the tasting, which includes Larceny, William Heaven Hill Bottled-In-Bond, and the rare opportunity to pull and taste Elijah Craig 12-Year straight from a barrel using a Whiskey Thief.  You’ll head back to Louisville to the new Evan Williams Bourbon Experience, where you’ll enjoy more appetizers, desserts and cocktails in the Prohibition-Era Speakeasy Lounge. Artisanal Distiller Charlie Downs will lead a bourbon tasting that includes Evan Williams Single Barrel, Evan Williams 12-Year-Old, and Evan Williams 23-Year-Old.

The night wraps with a guided tour of the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience, during which everyone will get the opportunity to bung and sign a barrel of bourbon. As a keepsake, guests will receive a complimentary specialty-labeled bottle of Evan Williams Single Barrel signed by both Master Distillers.  Trust us, this is one experience you don’t want to miss.

Maker’s Mark After Dark Bourbon Experience

Enjoy an up close look at the picturesque Maker’s Mark distillery with Maker’s Mark After Dark. This exclusive experience includes a behind the scenes guided tour of the bourbon making process and a specialized bourbon tasting.  Following the tour you’ll head to a warehouse for Maker’s Mark inspired cocktails and southern style appetizers under the hand-blown glass ceiling by world renowned artist, Dale Chihuly. The evening concludes with a trip to the gift shop and then you’ll hand dip your very own bottle of Maker’s Mark in the signature Red Wax to take home!

The cost is $199 per person and the tour departs at 1:15pm and returns at approx. 7:30pm.

Secrets of Louisville Chefs Culinary Experience

Join us in Kitchen Studio at Bourbon Barrel Foods to be in the live studio audience as you watch a taping of “Secrets of Louisville Chefs.”  You’ll see two of Louisville’s top chefs cook with Tim Laird, Brown-Forman’s Chief Entertaining Officer and Kevin Harned, WAVE 3 TV Chief Meteorologist. Your ticket includes a cocktail meet-and-greet followed by a tour of the facility. At the conclusion of the show you will sample all the foods that the chefs prepared.

Tickets are $50 each and the event runs from 10:00am to 12:30pm.
