Yes. Reservations are required for tours and tastings at Woodford Reserve. Walk-ins are rarely accommodated, especially on weekends and during peak bourbon season.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking ahead 1-2 weeks at a minimum. During peak seasons like fall and spring, we recommend booking 30+ days ahead of your trip. On our Friday public tours, your reservations are guaranteed once you book your tickets!
How far is woodford reserve from Louisville / Lexington?
The distillery is 45-60 minutes from louisville and about 30 minutes from Lexington
Is woodford easy to drive to?
The distillery is accessible by car, but the final stretch is rural and scenic. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are limited, so many visitors choose to use a bourbon tour company.
