Here’s our guide to the best Kentucky tours, festivals, events and more happening Aug. 30 to Sept. 2, 2019 in Louisville.

Labor Day Weekend Tours

Brew in the Lou

Beer lovers will enjoy this guided tour of Louisville breweries. Visit Against the Grain’s production facility, Great Flood’s hip taproom and Monnik’s brewery and restaurant for beer tours with tastings. This 4-hour experience makes for a fun Sunday departing at 2:00 PM and returning at 6:00 PM Sept. 1.

Bourbon Tours

Is visiting Maker’s Mark on your bucket list? Or do you have another must-visit Kentucky bourbon distillery in mind? Book a public bourbon tour with Mint Julep Experiences Friday, Saturday or Sunday of Labor Day weekend to go there. Other distilleries visited include Lux Row, Barton 1792 and Jim Beam, depending on which adventure you choose. Full day bourbon tours are available Aug. 30, Aug. 31 and Sept. 1.

Tuk Tuk Tours

The best way to see downtown Louisville is on a tuk tuk! Spend a few hours cruising around on a city sightseeing tour with our sister company, Bourbon City Cruisers. Tours dedicated to bourbon, cocktails and the Bourbon City’s best photo stops are available Friday, Saturday and Sunday of Labor Day weekend.

Best of Kentucky Tour

We call it the “Best of Kentucky” tour because it brings together two of our favorite things about the Bluegrass State, bourbon and horses. This experiential tour travels to a horse farm and a bourbon distillery for guided tours and tons of Kentucky history. It’s available Sunday, Sept. 1 visiting Buffalo Trace Distillery and Sun Valley Farm. Tour departs at 8:00 a.m. and returns at 4:00 p.m.
