Day 1 - Thursday

• Meet & Greet: Begin your adventure at the Omni Hotel Louisville, where you’ll meet your experienced Mint Julep Experiences tour host and the rest of your group.

• Lunch at Against the Grain Brewery & Public House (Included): Enjoy a delicious meal, providing a taste of Kentucky’s culinary scene, before continuing your bourbon journey.
• Angel’s Envy Distillery: Experience the artistry of small-batch bourbon production and learn about the unique barrel-finishing process that makes Angel’s Envy stand out.
• Stitzel-Weller Distillery: Discover the flavor nuances between bourbon and chocolate as you enjoy pairings of Stitzel-Weller and local products from Art Eatables.
• Evening at Leisure : Return to Louisville and take advantage of free time to explore the city’s vibrant nightlife, renowned dining options, and cultural landmarks at your own pace.

Day 2 - Friday

• Morning Check-Out : After breakfast (not included), we check out of the Omni Hotel Louisville and embark on a full day of exploring the heart of bourbon country.
• Jim Beam Distillery: Begin your bourbon adventure at one of the most iconic names in the industry. Immerse yourself in the rich history of the Beam family and enjoy tastings of their legendary spirits.
• Lunch at Bardstown Bourbon Co’s Kitchen & Bar (Included) : Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, giving you a taste of Kentucky’s cuisine before continuing the tour.
• Bardstown Bourbon Company: In the afternoon, visit this innovative distillery in Bardstown, where tradition meets modern techniques to create exceptional bourbon.
• Maker’s Mark Distillery : Visit Maker’s Mark, known for its distinctive red wax seal and dedication to hand-crafted, small-batch production. Explore the scenic grounds and learn about the artistry behind their world-renowned bourbon.
• Overnight Stay : After a full day of bourbon exploration, check in to the Trail Hotel in Bardstown, the Bourbon Capital of the World. This bourbon-themed hotel offers an immersive experience, perfectly capturing the essence of Bardstown’s historic charm. Welcome Cocktails (INCLUDED) will be handed out upon arrival with Dinner (not included) will be held onsite at the brand new restaurant.

Day 3- Saturday

• Morning Check-Out: Start your day with breakfast at the Trail Hotel in Bardstown. After checking out, board your Mint Julep Experiences vehicle for the final leg of your bourbon journey. Breakfast is not included.
• Four Roses Distillery: Begin the day with a visit to this historic distillery, admired for its Spanish Mission-style architecture and unique recipes that create smooth, flavorful bourbons.
• Lunch at Ricardo’s in Versailles, KY (Included): Take a break to enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, providing a taste of Kentucky’s culinary delights.
• Woodford Reserve Distillery: Wrap up your bourbon adventure at this iconic distillery, renowned for its elegant bourbon-making process and scenic surroundings. Learn about their commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Buffalo Trace Distillery: Explore one of the most historic and celebrated bourbon distilleries in the world. Discover the craftsmanship behind its iconic labels, including Buffalo Trace and Eagle Rare.

The Kentucky Bourbon Trail 3 day tour begins at 9:00 AM on Thursday, June 19/August 21/November 6, at the Omni Hotel in Downtown Louisville, Kentucky, and concludes at 6:00 PM on Saturday, June 21/August 23/November 8, at the same location.

If you need accommodations at the Omni Hotel before or after the tour, please let our experience coordinators know, as preferred rates are available for our tour guests.

This tour includes walking at distilleries , so it may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties. As the tour includes alcohol, it is exclusively for adults aged 21 and over. We promote the responsible service and consumption of alcohol and encourage guests to drink responsibly.

Participants: A minimum of 8 passengers is required for the tour to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and issue a full refund. We are not responsible for any additional costs, such as non-refundable airline tickets, resulting from the cancellation.

Changes to the Itinerary: Please be aware that events, accommodations, experiences, and participants involved in the tour may change due to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any time.

Weather Disruptions: Adverse weather conditions may impact scheduled activities or tours.

Travel Delays: Transportation delays or road conditions may occur, which could affect the schedule.

Unforeseen Events: In the event of natural disasters, strikes, or emergencies, we may need to make adjustments to the itinerary.

Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and medical needs during the tour.

Substitutions: If an event or experience is canceled, we will offer a suitable alternative whenever possible. If hotel accommodations need to be changed due to circumstances beyond our control, an equivalent hotel of the same standard will be provided.

Seat Rotation Policy: To ensure all guests have the opportunity to enjoy different views and seating experiences, we operate a seat rotation policy on our multi-day tours.
