Day 1 - Thursday | Louisville Arrival + Bourbon City Supper Club

• Meet & Greet: Meet your Mint Julep Experiences tour host and fellow travelers for a welcome and trip overview.
• Bourbon City Supper Club: Kick off with a chef-driven, multi-course progressive dinner across Louisville neighborhoods—local flavors, culture, and Bourbon City energy.

Day 2 - Friday | Horse Country + Woodford Reserve + Craft Distilling

• Kismet Thoroughbred Farm: Step into Kentucky horse country for an insider look at Bluegrass tradition.
• Woodford Reserve Distillery: Guided tour and tasting at one of Kentucky’s most iconic bourbon destinations.

Day 3 – Saturday | Bardstown Bourbon Country Icons

Day 4 - Sunday | Louisville Brunch + Buffalo Trace + Van Winkle Boutique

• Boozy Brunch at Bar Vetti: Ease into the day with a spirited Louisville brunch.
• Buffalo Trace: Tour one of the most celebrated distilleries in the world, known for historic tradition and iconic labels. Explore the gift shop and leave with rare and allocated bottles such as, Blanton's, EH Taylor, and Weller!

Check-in details

The Ultimate Bourbon Country Experience begins with hotel check-in and a hosted meet & greet on Thursday at Hotel Bourre Bonne in Louisville, Kentucky, and concludes with optional return transportation to Louisville following hotel check-out on Thursday from the Omni Hotel Nashville.

If you would like to extend your stay before or after the tour at Hotel Bourre Bonne or the Omni Hotel Nashville, please let our Experience Coordinators know, as preferred rates may be available for tour guests.

This tour includes walking at distilleries , so it may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties. As the tour includes alcohol, it is exclusively for adults aged 21 and over. We promote the responsible service and consumption of alcohol and encourage guests to drink responsibly.

Participants: A minimum of 8 passengers is required for the tour to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and issue a full refund. We are not responsible for any additional costs, such as non-refundable airline tickets, resulting from the cancellation.

Changes to the Itinerary: Please be aware that events, accommodations, experiences, and participants involved in the tour may change due to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any time.

Weather Disruptions: Adverse weather conditions may impact scheduled activities or tours.

Travel Delays: Transportation delays or road conditions may occur, which could affect the schedule.

Unforeseen Events: In the event of natural disasters, strikes, or emergencies, we may need to make adjustments to the itinerary.

Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and medical needs during the tour.

Substitutions: If an event or experience is canceled, we will offer a suitable alternative whenever possible. If hotel accommodations need to be changed due to circumstances beyond our control, an equivalent hotel of the same standard will be provided.

Seat Rotation Policy: To ensure all guests have the opportunity to enjoy different views and seating experiences, we operate a seat rotation policy on our multi-day tours.
