The Itinerary
Day 1 — Thursday, April 29
- Your weekend begins the moment you land. A private transfer takes you from SDF straight to Hotel Bourre Bonne, where you'll settle into your Standard King Room before the evening's centerpiece: the Mint Julep Sunset Social, an exclusive culinary experience at historic Hermitage Farm.
Day 2 — Friday, April 30: Kentucky Oaks

Day 3 — Saturday, May 1: Kentucky Derby Derby Day

Is airfare included in the package?
Airfare is not included. The package covers ground transportation only, beginning with a private transfer from Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) to Hotel Bourre Bonne on arrival and ending with a transfer back to SDF on departure.
What happens if it rains on Derby Day?
Your seating is covered, so the Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks proceed rain or shine with protection from the weather. Race schedules themselves are set by Churchill Downs and are not affected by rain.
Is this package customizable for a larger group or special occasion?
