- 8:45am Depart Location: Bardstown Motor Lodge (Bardstown, KY) // LaQuinta (Bardstown, KY)
- 9:30am-11am Bardstown Bourbon Co.: Welcome cocktail and light breakfast bites at BBC Kitchen followed by a VIP Exclusive Sensory Experience.
- 11:45am-1:45pm James B. Beam Distillery: Maturation experience where guests will be able to taste from 3 barrels and then taste the Bardstown Collection.
- 2:30pm-4pm Preservation Distillery: Experience the making of Preservation’s 100% Pot-Still Bourbon, including a thieving from their exclusive Preservation cask. With their Master of Maturation, finish with a VIP Ancient Reserve tasting of their Vintage Collection Bourbons, the Bardstown Collection Release, and light snacks.
- 4:30pm-6pm Log Still: Tour & Tasting followed by cocktails and small bites at The Legacy.
- 6:20pm Return Location: Bardstown Motor Lodge (Bardstown, KY) // LaQuinta (Bardstown, KY)

- 8:45am Depart Location: Bardstown Motor Lodge (Bardstown, KY) // LaQuinta (Bardstown, KY)
- 9:45am-11:15am Limestone Branch: Welcome cocktail, tour, hand-picked tasting of Single Barrels and exclusives in their new Single Barrel Tasting Lodge.
- 12pm-2pm Heaven Hill: “Dinner and a Movie” at Heaven Hill. Enjoy a welcome cocktail and a guided tour through the Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience including a short film in the 1935 Theater. Then, you are invited to Five Brothers Bar & Kitchen for a 3-course bourbon pairing lunch featuring some of Heaven Hill’s premium whiskies and this year’s Bardstown Collection.
- 2:30pm-4pm Lux Row: VIP Distillers Collection select-cocktail before tour, in-depth experience including new distillery expansion upgrades, thieving from single barrels, and a tasting in the historic Stone House.
- 4:15pm Return Location: Bardstown Motor Lodge (Bardstown, KY) // LaQuinta (Bardstown, KY)
* LaQuinta will be the pick-up location on July 18th & 19th, and August 8th and 9th

Bardstown Bourbon Co.
Blending innovation with classic Kentucky flavor, Bardstown Bourbon Company's offering to the Collection this year is a layered, complex balance of ripe cherry with toasted oak leads to cinnamon, maple and spearmint.
Heaven Hill
Heaven Hill's 2024 Bardstown Collection release consists of three carefully blended barrels aged between 7 annd 16 years. The bourbon is bottled at 105 proof and consists of Heaven Hill's traditional bourbon mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley. The extra aged nature of the bourbon results in aromas of spice, leather and toasted oak with notes of cinnamon spiced apples, nutmeg and caramel on the palate.
James B. Beam Distilling Co.
Aged for close to 20 years, James B. Beam Distilling Co.'s Bardstown Collection 2024 selection is the oldest whiskey that the iconic brand has ever released. Delivering intense flavors of oak, vanilla, and sweet smoke, it's sure to be a fan favorite.
Limestone Branch Distillery
With a mash bill that dates back to the 1930s, Limestone Branch's Bardstown 2024 selection is a 6-year-old, 100% pot-distilled wheated bourbon, made with 28% red winter wheat, which produces an exceptionally approachable yet complex whiskey.
Log Still Distilllery
Log Still's 2024 Bardstown Collection release is a 9-year-old Kentucky High-Rye Bourbon that evenly blends aromas of sweet caramel with lingering earthy scents of smoke and oak. On the palate, bourbon lovers will enjoy a burst of full-flavored spices with mild sweetness of honey, providing a warm, smooth finish.
Lux Row
Lux Row Distillers' contribution will feature three single barrels from their wheat recipe (68% corn, 20% wheat, 12% malted barley). Aged six years, these barrels went through an additional toasted finishing process with toastd caramel honey staves for a rich, full-bodied finish.
Preservation Distillery + Farm
Preservation Distillery and Farm is excited to release a cask-strength blend of their own wheated pot distilled Kentucky Bourbon, layered with liquid from some of their most precious vintage Kentucky Bourbon casks.
