Mint Julep Experiences is happy to announce that our popular Derby Week tours will return next year. Bourbon and horse farm tours on May 1, May 2, May 3 and May 5, 2019 will be available. 2020 Derby tours will go live in June 2019.
Public Derby 2019 Tours
Each day, three tour options will depart from downtown Louisville at Mint Julep Gift Shop in the Galt House Hotel. Tours Wednesday, May 1 will be $199. Tours Thursday, Friday and Sunday will be $239 per person. Your ticket includes tours of two destinations, guided transportation, a southern lunch and bottled water. Horse Country Tour
Spend a full day exploring Kentucky’s legendary Horse Country with past and future Derby stars at two thoroughbred farms.

Tours on Wednesday and Thursday departing at 8:45 a.m. and Sunday at 10:45 a.m. will visit Kentucky bourbon distilleries east of Louisville. Tour on Friday at 9:15 a.m. will visit distilleries south of Louisville.
