This innovative spirits maker is on Mint Julep Experiences’ Rising Stars whiskey adventure, which departs each Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning from the Omni Nashville Hotel. Guests enjoy a mini cocktail sampling as part of the experience from a list of breakfast cocktails crafted specially for Mint Julep tours.
Breakfast Cocktails from Corsair Distillery
Let Me Bee
1.5 ounces pear-infused Corsair Barrel-Aged Gin
.75 ounces fresh lemon juice
.5 ounce honey syrup
Rosemary, to garnish
Shake with ice and double strain into Coupe glass. Garnish with Rosemary.
The One I Need
1 ounce Corsair Ryemaggedon.5 ounce Corsair Quinoa Whiskey
.5 ounce Corsair Oatrage
.25 ounce housemade coffee concentrate
.25 ounce Demerara syrup
2 dashes black walnut bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash Fee Brothers orange bitters
Orange peel, to garnish
Stir with ice and strain over large cube in Rocks glass. Express orange peel and add as garnish.
Shake with ice and double strain into Coupe glass. Garnish with Rosemary.

2 ounces Corsair Triple Smoke2 ounces tomato juice
Splash of fresh lemon juice
.25 ounce Captain Rodney’s Coffee BBQ sauce
2 dashes Worchestshire sauce
2 dashes Housemade Bloody Mary bitters
2 dashes Housemade Bacon bitters
2 dashes Hot Sauce
2 dashes Horseradish Tincture
Celery or lemon, to garnish
Stir all ingredients with ice and double strain into tall Collins glass over ice. Garnish with celery and/or lemon.
The Hip Sounding One
2 ounce cucumber-infused Corsair GinSplash of fresh lime juice
Splash of simple syrup
Tonic
Lime wheel, to garnish
Build into tall Collins over ice. Top with tonic and garnish with a lime wheel.
